DEVELOPMENT PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PHOTOSENSITIVE PLANOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE

PURPOSE:To uniformly and stably develop a printing plate with a small quantity of developing liquid by attaining foam development and then, dip development. CONSTITUTION:A foam developing part A executes development by the foam development, a dip developing part B executes the development with a circulated developing liquid and a mechanism adjusting the developing liquid is incorporated. Moreover, a washing part C, a rinsing/gumming part D for processing with a rinse or a desensitizer and a photosensitive planographic printing plate or its carrying path PS are provided. In the foam developing part A, a foam developing liquid supplying slit 6 has an upper side member 51 and a lower side member 52, and they are provided with foam-like developing liquid supplying ports 49 respectively and a foam-like developing liquid is supplied from a developing liquid supplying system. On the other hand, in the dip veloping part B, specific amounts of water and concentrated replenishing liquid are forcibly fed to a replenishing liquid mixing tank 18 from a water storage tank 19 and a concentrated replenishing liquid tank 20 and stirred. After that, the developing liquid is fed to a developing tank 1 and a replenishing liquid tank 16 by pumps 24a and 24b, so that the foam development for turning the developing liquid into foam and supplying it and then, the dip development are attained.
