Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy without increasing calculation loads in the case of adopting the effect of quantization and performing calculation in particle simulation. CONSTITUTION:After the updating of coordinates and momentum with the equation of the motion of particles in 104, particles are handled as the quantization particles only in the case of being less than a threshold value from energy components in the quantization direction of the particles in 105. A quantization state is set by a transition matrix table 120. In the scattering model of 106, the quantization state is set by a scattering probability table. Setting is performed as the threshold values of the quantization particles and classic particles by the energy gap of quantization sub bands. Thus, since the quantization effect is surely adopted when the energy components in the quantization direction are low without increasing the loads of calculation time so much, the physical unnaturalness is eliminated and the accuracy is improved.
