Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent the load of a conversion lens from being imposed on the lens barrel of a video camera by attaching a camera main body and the conversion lens through a conversion lens holding device. CONSTITUTION:The conversion lens A is inserted in the ring part 13b of a lens side mount part 13 and fixed in the ring part 13b through a screw. The projection part of a quick shoe part 6 is inserted in the positioning hole of a video camera B, and the quick shoe part 6 is attached to the video camera B by screwing a screw part. Then, the engaging projected part of the quick shoe part 6 attached to the video camera B is inserted in the recessed part of a quick shoe pedestal 4, and a lock lever 7 is turned to a lock position from a lock releasing position so as to fix the quick shoe part 6 on the pedestal 4. By such constitution, the load of the conversion lens A acts on the video camera through the conversion lens holding device C, and the load is not imposed on the lens barrel 20a.
