Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To lessen the variation of internal temperature and improve the operation efficiency by contriving evaporation and drying promotion of waste liquid at the time of supply thereof and performing control so as not to directly bring the waste liquid into contact with molten glass surface. CONSTITUTION:A gas-liquid mixed part 11 in the upper part melting vessel 1, an offgas connection pipe 12 for producing a turning stream in the gas-liquid mixed part 11 by flow-off of offgas, and a waste liquid supply nozzle 13 for spraying the waste liquid and merging it into the turning stream are equipped. The waste liquid is supplied to the melting vessel 1 in a state where liquid content in the waste liquid is reduced by mixing and centrifugal separation of the offgas and the waste liquid.
