METHOD FOR EMERGENCY MEASURE AGAINST LEAKAGE OF WATER OF HEAT TRANSFER TUBE AND METHOD FOR REMOVAL OF STAIN INSIDE TUBE, IN OPERATION

PURPOSE:To stop water by emergency measures for each unit system without stopping an operation on the occasion of an accident of a leakage of water of a heat transfer tube due to an impact of a solid or the like and also to remove a stain inside the heat transfer tube sequentially for each unit system at all times and at any time, not to mention the removal in the course of the operation, and thereby to reduce the area of heat transfer sharply. CONSTITUTION:In connection to collecting chambers 3 and 4 of a plurality of heat transfer tubes 2, a shut-off function 5 is provided on the inlet and outlet sides of the collecting chambers. These components being made a unit system 6, a plurality of systems are formed and made a unit block 7 and a plurality of blocks are formed. Besides, a water flow detecting function 12 for detecting an accident of a leakage of water, a temperature sensing function 13 for detecting a rise in temperature due to a stain inside the tube and a check valve 14 for preventing a reverse pressure are provided. In this way, a structure of stopping water to cope with the accident of the leakage of water for each unit system 6 and removing the stain inside the heat transfer tube is formed.
