Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To prevent pressure drop in a boiler water feed system from increasing in the case where a 1oad share is unnecessary among a plurality of boilers or among a plurality of waste heat recovering boilers. CONSTITUTION:A bypass pipe 4 is provided, which connects water feed pipes 8 leading to a superheater 1a and a superheater 1b. Further, a bypass pipe 4' is provided, which connects reheat steam pipes 9 leading to a reheater 2a and a reheater 2b. Flow rate regulating valves 5, 5' are provided in the bypass pipes 4, 4'. Furthermore, stop valves 6a, 6b are provided in the water feed pipes 8 on the upstream side of the bypass pipes 4, 4', and stop valves 6a', 6b' are provided in the reheat steam pipes 9, respectively.
