Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a fabric excellent in air permeability and stretchability as well as reducing effect on air stream resistance and water stream resistance when forming into clothes and to provide a method for producing the fabric. CONSTITUTION:The characteristic of this fabric having smooth surface comprises forming a metallic thin film layer on at least one surface of the fabric, finishing the surface of the thin film layer with a resin and having 0.3mum to 1.5mum average deviation of surface roughness on the surface of the fabric.
