Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an opening and closing apparatus for a bucket cover effective for preventing the scattering of dust and blowing of flame from red-hot cake, insusceptible to the heat of bucket and achieving high productivity of cake. CONSTITUTION:A cover openably covering the top opening of a bucket 11 is composed of a pair of movable lids 12, 13 divided into the front and rear lids each having two rods 39, 40 at a side and protruded from both sides of the bucket. The bucket truck positioned under the bucket 11 is provided with parallel link mechanisms 14, 15 having V-shaped grooves 51, 52 for receiving at least two rods 39, 40 of a side interposing a space between the bucket 11 and the mechanisms. The parallel link mechanisms 14, 15 are operated by a driving means 47 placed at the front and rear parts of the bucket 11 to open or close the divided movable lids 12, 13 while lifting the lids.
