FOOTSTEP CONVEYING DEVICE OF ESCALATOR

PURPOSE:To realize a small size and a lightweight of a device to convey a footstep for wheelchair which has a heavy weight, used when an escalator is installed, from a doorway to a specific position. CONSTITUTION:In this footstep conveying device, guide rails 5 to fit to the doorway horizontal parts of the left side and the right side hand rails 4 from the upper side; wheels 6 to roll on the guide rails; a beam body 7 striding on the left side and the right side guide rails, supported by the wheels 6, and movable forward and rearward; a pantagraph jack 8 provided at the center of the beam body 7; and ropes 10 led by rope guide roller group 9 by the opening operation of the pantagraph 8, and to hang up the footstep 2 for wheelchair; are included.
