Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To control dislocation in the width-direction with no contact by disposing electromagnets at both the side ends of a magnetic substance plate so that they may face each other, detecting gaps between the respective side ends of the magnetic substance plate and the respective electromagnets, controlling so that the voltage of one electromagnet with a greater gap may be higher and the voltage of the other electromagnet may be lower, and correcting a position with a difference in attracting force. CONSTITUTION:The first electromagnet 1L and the second electromagnet 1R are disposed at both the side ends of a magnetic substance plate FP so that they may face each other, and are controlled in voltage respectively with coil drivers 4L, 4R and control circuits 5A, 5B. The first gap Gs between the electromagnet 1L and the side end of the magnetic substance plate FP is measured with a gap sensor 3. If, for example, the second gap Gs is larger, the second gap Gsc naturally becomes small. Therefore, the respective control circuits 5A, 5B make the voltage of the first electromagnet 1L higher, and set the voltage of the second electromagnet 1R lower. It is thus possible for the magnetic substance plate FP to move to the left because of a difference in attracting force generated, and be located at a position where a attracting force is balanced.
