MANUFACTURE OF HIGH-STRENGTH CONCRETE

PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing high-strength concrete having high durability and high strength reducing of volume water to be used by a simple manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION:The method for manufacturing high-strength concrete comprises the steps of introducing a mixture of iron material l and gravel or crushed stone 2 in a form 3, pressing the mixture, then press injecting mortar mixture 5 obtained by mixing silica powder, natural fine aggregate, metal fine aggregate and water reducing agent with mortar in gaps existed after the pressing from below the form, curing obtained concrete member and then further autoclave curing the obtained concrete member. A pressing pressure is 50-200MPa, and press injection pressure of the mortar mixture is 5-100atm. Grain size of rough aggregate is 15-20mm. A mixing ratio of the iron material to the gravel or crushed stone is(1:0.1)-(1:5). It is preferable to use steel spheres as the fine aggregate. Particle size of the sphere is preferably 0.08-5mm.
