CONSTITUTION:A strip 1 traveling in the direction of the arrow A is held between endless belts 13a, 13b, and the pressing force of a support roll 22a is applied against the pressing force F of a deburring knife 2 to be applied to the lower surface 1b of the strip 1 at the deviated cutting point even when the cutting point is deviated by the camber, etc. In addition, the tension of the endless belt 13a and the bending rigidity of the strip 1 are applied, the quantity where the strip 1 is bent upward by the pressing force F becomes extremely small.
