Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To remelt cutting chips, to improve a cutting property by a sculping cutter and to prevent production of defects of a plate filament material and seizure of an inlet side guide and the plate filament material with each other. CONSTITUTION:A cutting oil injection nozzle to spray cutting oil on a cutting point as liquid is formed on an inlet side guide 32 adjacent to the cutting point of a plate filament material T. Dust collecting ducts 38, 40, 56, 58 are set in the neighbourhood of sculping cutters 28, 46, two units of cyclon separators 102, 128 are serially connected to the other ends of them, and suction means are connected to their outlets. A screen oscillating mechanism 110 is set below the first cyclon separator 102, and it is devised to separate cutting oil from cutting chips by oscillating a screen 111 to receive collected matters. The chips removed of cutting oil is compressed by a pressing machine 116.
