CURTAIN RAIL SYSTEM FOR HIGH WINDOW

PURPOSE:To safely descend a curtain located at a high position with a curtain rail by engaging the ascent/descent of the curtain rail with an engaging frame and a holding frame by operating a cord of first system and releasing engagement with the engaging frame and the holding frame by pulling a cord of second system. CONSTITUTION:When the pulling operation of the cord 8 of first system is performed and the curtain rail 5 is pulled up via a first cord guide kit 3 and a roller, etc., the engaging frame 6 of the curtain rail 5 can be pulled up, and the engaging frame 6 is inserted from an engaging frame insertion port 22 to a curtain rail holding rail 2. At this time, the upper terminal of the engaging frame 6 inserted between a pair of right and left guide plates 12d, 13d is pulled up as pressing back a connection claw 14a against a spring 20, and the connection claw 14a is engaged with the connecting hole 17 of the engaging frame 6, then, it is held with the rail 2. Thence, when the curtain rail is pulled down, the cord 7 of second system is pulled, and the engagement of the connection claw 14a with the enagaging frame 6 can be released.
