Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide soft candies which comprises erythritol, sugar or the like, fat or oil and an emulsifier, thus has lowered calorie with reduced tooth decay action and shows good smooth texture without roughness, cool feeling and reduced sticking to teeth. CONSTITUTION:The objective candies are produced from erythritol, sugar or a sugar alcohol other than erythritol (preferably the weight ratio of erythritol to the sugar alcohol is 7/3-3/7), fat or oil, preferably in an amount of 5-20wt.% and an emulsifier, preferably in an amount of 0.1-5wt.%.
