Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To control a harvesting period by several months by covering grapes with a ultraviolet rays-cut film, culturing the grapes so as to avoid the rain and exchanging the film with a ultraviolet rays transmitting film at a specific period. CONSTITUTION:Grapes are cultured so as to avoid the rain by covering the grapes with a ultraviolet rays-cut film from a stage at least before germination and the film is exchanged with a ultraviolet rays-transmitting film before about 1.5-2.5 month of a harvesting period. The ultraviolet rays-cut film preferably absorbs light having 320-390nm, preferably 330-360nm wavelength.
