REEL DEVICE FOR CABLE

PURPOSE:To obtain a reel device which can stop a rotation and which can be aligned with a rotation member easily and surely by a method wherein at least one out of a frame part and a shaft part and a guide body are coupled and fixed by a lock mechanism. CONSTITUTION:The position of a lock body 68 which turns a rotor 14 to a neutral position and which is installed at the rotor 14 so as to be freely advanced and retreated, a coupling hole 39 in a stator coupling part 38 for an outside case 16 fixed to a stator 15 and a coupling receiver part 74 for a spacer 21 are aligned. When the lock body 68 is pressed downward from this state, a coupling part protruding at the lower end part of the lock body 68 is inserted into, and passed through, the coupling hole 37 on the side of the stator 15, and it is inserted further into the coupling receiver part 74 for the spacer 21. When the lock body 68 is turned by about 90 deg. from this state, a key plate part for the lock body 68 is coupled to the rear surface side of a protruding stripe part at a coupling part 56 on the rotor, and the rotor 14, the stator 15 and the spacer 21 are coupled and locked by the lock body 68 so as not to be turned from each other.
