Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To form the mail server device which does not require the retransmission of the mail from the sender even if missing mail occurs. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a common mail box 9 storing the missing mail and an individual mail box management part 10 with a missing mail transmission part which sends the missing mail to the common mail box 9 when it is generated and an announcement part which notifies the presence of a missing mail to a user terminal 3. Thus, the maintenance and use of the corresponding mail contents can be performed even when an address specification code of the accepted mail can not be decoded.
