Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide an automatic inspecting device for voice synthesizing IC in a fire alarm equipment where voice quantity to be stored in the voice synthesizing IC is not reduced so as to make a person who hears voice synthesized by voice synthesizing IC not to misunderstand that fire broke out. CONSTITUTION:An IC inspecting strobe signal is supplied to the voice synthesizing IC 30 in the fire alarm equipment and it is judged that the voice synthesizing IC 30 is normal when the IC inspecting strobe signal and a busy signal outputted by the voice synthesizing IC 30 are simultaneously detected. Moreover, the IC inspecting strobe signal is impressed on the voice synthesizing IC 30 only in such a short period in which the breakout of fire can not be recognized even with voice synthesized by the voice synthesizing IC 30.
