LAMINATE TYPE ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTORECEPTOR

PURPOSE:To obtain an electrophotographic photoreceptor having high efficiency of generation of carriers, high sensitivity, low residual potential and superior quality by incorporating phthalocyanine into an electric charge generating layer and an electric charge transferring material and a specified acceptor-like molecule into an electric charge transferring layer. CONSTITUTION:This electrophotographic photoreceptor includes an electric charge generating layer contg. phthalocyanine and an electric charge transferring layer contg. an electric charge transferring material and an acceptor-like molecule selected from among compds. represented by the formulae (where each of R -R is alkyl, aryl or H and R is alkyl, aryl, H, halogen, nitro or cyano). This photoreceptor is obtd. by successively laminating the electric charge generating layer and the electric charge transferring layer on an electric conductive substrate.
