Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To provide a local cooler capable of simplifying evaporation of condensed water produced in an indoor side heat exchanger and expanding the flexibility of installation in the use time. CONSTITUTION:There are provided an indoor side heat exchanger 2 and an indoor side drain pan 3 on the upper side of one side surface in a body 1. There are further provided an outside heat exchanger 4 and an outside drain pan 5 on the lower side such that condensed water received on the indoor side drain pan 3 is sprinkled. Furthermore, there are provided an indoor side suction inlet 19 and an outdoor suction inlet 20 are provided on the same side surface of the body 1, and an outdoor side heat exchanger 4 such that fins are substantially horizontal.
