DISCHARGING DEVICE FOR POWDER OR THE LIKE

PURPOSE:To provide a discharging device which can discharge powder or the like at the fixed rate by communicating a frame with a discharge port of a hopper, continuously arranging plural what are called butterfly valves, each of which is constructed by fixing a valve plate on a rotary shaft and rotates in the predetermined area, as primary valves and secondary valves, and alternately opening/closing the primary valves on the inlet side of the frame and the secondary valves on the outlet side. CONSTITUTION:When an operation arm 13 for primary valves 5 is pulled by means of an air cylinder and an operation arm 13 for secondary valves 6 is pushed, the primary valves 5 are opened while the secondary valves 6 are closed. In this way, powder or the like inside a hopper 2 flows into a frame 4 to fill the inside of the frame 4. Subsequently, the operation arm 13 for the primary valves 5 is pushed and the operation arm 13 for the secondary valves 6 is pulled contrarily under this condition, so that the primary valves 5 are closed while the secondary valves 6 are opened. In this way, inflow of the powder or the like into the frame 4 is stopped, and the powder or the like inside the frame 4 is discharged. Therefore, the powder or the like can be discharged at the fixed rate according to the capacity of the part surrounded by the primary valves 5 and the secondary valves 6 in the frame 4.
