BUILDING LIFTING DEVICE AND CONSTRUCTION USING THEREOF

PURPOSE:To reduce cost by pormitting the application to other purposes, by constituting a building lifting device from a plurality of load pillars arranged on the periphery of the pillar of an upper part skeleton, lower side base seat, connecting device, and a lifting part which is installed in the double layer part of an upper side base seat and includes the upper side base seat. CONSTITUTION:Each building lifting device is arranged on each pillar between the upper and lower part skeletons 1 and 2, and an upper part skeleton pillar 1a is held by an upper side base seat 8f, and a lower part skeleton 2a is held by a lower side base seat 9. Then, a lock cylinder 8b is contracted, fixing the stroke of a lifting cylinder 8d, and the base seat 8f is lifted up, and the load of the skeleton 1 is applied to the base seat 8f through a wedge 8C, and a wedge 8a is released. Then, a base seat 8e in a nonloaded state is lifted up by the cylinder 8d, and the cylinder 8b is extended to lock a load pillar 5 and the base seat 8e, and the wedge 8c is released. The cylinder 8d is contracted to lift up the base seat 8f, connecting device 6, and the skeleton 1. Accordingly, the arrangement pattern can be installed in correspondence with each structure, and can be applied to each construction, and cost reduction can be achieved.
