RESIN-LAMINATED METALLIC CUT PLATE PANEL

PURPOSE:To ensure a fine view, and to improve quality by partially notching and bending the face of a resin-laminated metal plate functioning as surface decorating from a rear and equalizing the end face with a panel surface in material and holding the continuity of a pattern. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum, an aluminum alloy or an iron or stainless metal is used as a base material, and a synthetic resin film such as a fluororesin and paints are laminated on the surface of the metal plate 1. The rear of the resin-laminated metal plate panel is notched in the direction of plate thickness from the rear of the panel in 30% or more of plate thickness, and rustproof treatment is carried out to a notched section and the rear and an end face is bent. Accordingly, the end face of the panel is equalized with a panel surface in material, thus applying the panel to a sheath material and a building material having excellent performance.
