Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To arbitarily enable selection of the rotary direction of an arm, and to make it possible to mount a handling device on different kinds of low tanks. CONSTITUTION:A handling device 1 is so composed that a float valve can be pulled up, turning an arm either with a manual handle 3 or by a built-in motor. A switch device 4 consisting of a slide switch is provided on the undersurface of a case 2 for the handling device 1. The rotary direction of the motor can be switched by the operational position of a knob 5 for the switching device 4.
