Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To allow easy planting on the whole of the exterior wall of a concrete structure, and ensure easy maintenance after the planting. CONSTITUTION:Regarding a precast concrete form constituting the exterior wall of a structure, an approximately L-shaped conduit tube 2 having roughly cup-shaped cross section is laid behind the form 1 via a packing. Also, a plurality of water holes 3 drilled through both normal and reverse sides of the form 1 are provided, so as to be communicated with the tube 2, and set bolts 4 for mounting a planter 5 are buried in the normal side of the form 1 as integral part thereof at positions enclosing each hole 3.
