Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To dispense with the labor for troublesome maintenance control and the like and insure safety of a passer-by or a passing vehicle in the nighttime by driving to light a light emitting lamp and the like by means of a solar battery of which the solar light receiving face is exposed outward. CONSTITUTION:A bolt 20 fixed to a stanchion 21b supporting the side plate 21a of a guard rail 21 is inserted into the bolt inserting hole of the bracket 3 of a solar type safety light A, and tightened. Simulutaneously, the solar type safety light A is fixed to the guard rail 21 on the side of a road. Electric power generated by a solar battery 10 in the daytime is charged in a power condenser. At being in the evening, the charged power is supplied from the power condenser to a light emitting lamp L. Simultaneously, the light emitting lamp L is driven to light. Hereby, an external power supply or a maintenace work such as charging can be needless.
