ACCEPTANCE SUPPORTING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce burden on an acceptance job by retrieving an opponent to be interviewed by a display/input operating part, automatically calling the opponent depending on the result of retrieval, confirming the opponent by code input by a push button and automatically issuing an entry certificate. CONSTITUTION:The display/input operating part 2 of this acceptance supporting device 10 is formed in a touch panel, and the name of the department of the opponent to be interviewed, etc., is displayed on the touch panel, and an input signal in accordance with display can be generated by touching the panel with a finger. When the opponent to be interviewed is specified, a control part 1 dials the telephone line of the opponent to be interviewed by issuing an instruction to a line control part 5. When the opponent to be interviewed replays on a push-button telephone set, a reverse line circuit 9a is inverted, and a control part 5 detects it, and the control part 1 instructs a visitor to take a handset 5a. The opponent to be interviewed holds speech with the visitor, and when the visitor is confirmed, a specific code is inputted by the push-button. The control part 1, when confirming such input, issues the entry certificate on which required items such as the code number of the opponent to be interviewed and a data, etc., are printed by a card terminal 3.
