Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To precisely, easily and speedily learn the drawing content of parts and to screen-display the drawing content as an image for reducing a drawing preserving space. CONSTITUTION:A control part 2 retrieves a corresponding parts code through an order management file 3 based on an order code inputted from a host device 8 the day before work. A corresponding drawing code is retrieved through a drawing management file 4 based on the parts code, and picture data of a corresponding drawing is retrieved through a drawing picture file 5. The picture data is stored in a preparation memory 7 with the parts code and the drawing code. Processings up to here are preparation stages. In the work stage of the day, only the sequential read of data in the preparation memory 7 and the display of them in a CRT device based on the order code inputted through the keyboard 1 before work are required.
