Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE: To provide an examiningly regulating device, in which all the parameters are processed and evaluated together by means of a single unit, for an internal combustion engine or an electric engine by adding a sensor which detect a signal and outputs data converted into an electric signal and connecting the device to a preprocessing unit for computing process and selection. CONSTITUTION: In sensors 11a-11n and a preprocessing unit 12, a neural network 13 provided with a fuzzy theoretical circuit for processing a signal to a determination reference for a complex control system 14 is added. Communication between respective circuit units 12, 13, 14 is carried out by means of a computer system of a microprocessor 15, and related information data are outputted via a display 16.
