QUANTITATIVE PACKING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To adjust the feed quantity of powder/grain with high accuracy so as to enable quantitative packing with high accuracy by providing valve mechanism for opening/closing a feed hole interlockingly with agitating mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A hopper 1 drop-feeds powder drug to a dispenser 103 below from a feed hole 102 while agitating it by an agitating bar 101 driven by a motor M1. When the agitating bar 101 is rotatory-driven, a cam member 903 openes a shutter member 901 (valve mechanism) when agitating members 111, 121 pass the upper part of the feed hole 102, and the drug is fed to the dispenser 103 from the hopper 1. When a sensor detects the drug quantity exceeding the specified quantity, the cam member 903 operates a microswitch 904, and the motor M1 is stopped. The feed hole 102 is thereby closed in the state of the drug being fed by the specified quantity to the dispenser 103. Since the feed hole is opened only when the agitating members 111, 121 pass above, an error is hardly generated.
