Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To reduce radiation noise generated from a clearance between a head cover and an intake manifold at a low cost while maintainability being ensured in a head cover for covering the upper part of a cylinder head of a V-engine. CONSTITUTION:An extended part 27 overhung like a hood for covering a clearance up to an intake manifold 26 passing the inside of a bank 20a is formed on a ceiling part 22b of a head cover 22. A shield material (grommet) 31 for increasing sealing performance for the clearance is provided on the leading end edge of the extended part 27.
