Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To improve a crown cap so that it has an agreeable soundmaking characteristic and also it can be sufficiently easily mounted to a neck even when considerable molding allowance exists in an inner diameter of the neck of a container. CONSTITUTION:A crown cap 2 includes a shell 4 and a synthetic resin liner 6. The liner 6 is formed with a circular seal hanging part 14 to be fitted into a neck 30 of a container. In a circular region from a diameter D2 smaller than an inner diameter D1 of the hanging part 14 to a diameter D4 larger than an outer diameter D3 of the hanging part 14, the liner 6 is in a state from no adhesion to weak adhesion with respect to an internal face of a top wall 8 of the shell 4.
