CONSTITUTION: The membrane process separates liq. mixtures by a combined process of pervaporation with vapor permeation, where a feed flow in the form of a vapor-liq. mixture is contacted with a nonporous membrane, a prescribed membrane is vertically arranged and the feed flow of the vapor-liq. mixture is passed from bottom to top, so that a permanent thorough mixing of the vapor and liq. is conducted, and then no stationary liq. film is able to be formed on the surface of the membrane.
