Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To shorten the time of completing the bleeding of a placed fresh concrete from that of a conventional usual concrete without deteriorating the strength of a hardened concrete by blending a water-reducing agent with a specific additive in combination. CONSTITUTION:This concrete composition is constructed from a cement, water, an aggregate, a water-reducing agent (a) and the following additive (b): The water-reducing agent (a) is contained in an amount within the range of 0.1-10wt.% based on the cement. The additive (b) is composed of the following components (b1) and/or (b2): The component (b1) is a compound expressed by the formula R1O(AO)nH [R1 is hydrogen or 1-6C alkyl group; A is one or two 2-3C alkylene groups; (n) is a number of 1-100] and the component (b2) is a compound expressed by the formula R2OH (R2 is 4-6C alkyl group). The R1 in the component (b1) is preferably butyl group and the component (b2) is preferably tert-butyl alcohol.
