Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To simplify attachment of a ventilating fan to an agricultural greenhouse and to improve its workability. CONSTITUTION:This ventilating fan is equipped with a shutter frame 4 which is fixed to a strut H of a greenhouse such as an agricultural greenhouse and has plural shutters 15 and a fan frame 3 which is fastened to the back part of the shutter frame 4 and is provided with a ventilating fan. First and second stationary piece parts are bent and formed inward and outward, respectively, with laying a base piece part to be fixed to the fan frame 3 as a boundary, at the front part of the shutter frame 4. The first stationary piece parts 5C and 6C positioning outside are used as an installing part for the strut of the greenhouse and the second stationary piece parts 5d and 6d are made into an installing part for a holding means for fixing a covering member to be stretched on the greenhouse.
