CONSTITUTION:As for the body 11 of a suspension arm 10, each bush fitting part 11a, 11b is formed by pressing-working and bending-working the intermediate part of a hollow member, in a flat form, and each fitting part 11c, 11d of the affiliated part such as ball joint is formed by compressing and joining both the edge parts of the hollow member, in a flat form. The bush fitting part may be formed by compression-working and bending-working the edge part of the hollow member, in a flat form.
