DEVICE FOR COLLECTING PRODUCT FROM MOLDER

PURPOSE:To provide a device, which is constituted to cope with automation of the feed and discharge of trays and collect products from a molder to perform sufficient management of a product, through simple constitution. CONSTITUTION:A tray guide 4 is erected on the upper central part of a horizontally arranged moving part 3 and a number of trays 1 are contained in a stacked state therein. The moving part 3 is provided with an extrusion member 2 to move a tray 1a positioned at the lower end of a plurality of the trays contained in the tray guide 4. An air type transport pipe 5, utilizing levitation revolution, to discharge, in order, products molded by a molder is arranged on the other surface of the moving part 3. The tray 1a positioned at a lower end is pushed out by a pushing-out member 2 and positioned in front and the tray collecting the products is pushed out to the outside of a device. A plurality of the trays contained in the tray guide 4 are respectively lowered according to backward movement after the tray 1a positioned at a lower end is pushed out by the pushing-out member 2, which is brought into a movable waiting state prepared for collection of a next lot of the products.
