CONSTITUTION:When a box such as a corrugated cardboard case C is transferred, the box makes contact with a packing tape T for sealing butt edges of outer flaps F2 of the case and a rotary roll 473 rotates about a shaft 471 so that perforation-shaped incisions (k) are formed on the packing tape T by a cutter blade 474 fixed to the roll 473.
