CONSTITUTION:Water vapor generated by heating an object 11 to be dried is evacuated by a vacuum pump 1. Evacuated gas is discharged from narrow pores 32 of evacuating pipes 31 provided in a cooling water tank 2 to generate air bubbles 81. In this process, the water vapor in the exhaust gas, malodor and noises are absorbed into cooling water 8. On the other hand, condensed water is discharged from a water discharge port 7 via solenoid valve 6 to adjust the water level. The exhaust gas remaining as gas is discharged from a muffler 9 through a deodorizer 4.
