CONSTITUTION:A remodeling data file generation part 3 generates a remodeling data file 4 from a before-remodeling data file 1 and a new design data file 2, and an interface file generation part 5 for editing generates a data file before remodeling on the basis of a remodeling data file and generates a data file 6 for editing by adding the latest design data and remodeling instruction data to the generated data file; and a strap line editing part 7 displays a strap line wiring section and the passable area of a strap line from the design contents that the data file for editing contains and the contents of a remodeling instruction and rewrites the data in the data file for editing according to an input specifying a passing path and an input specifying a bundling point of strap lines, and an editing result restoration part 10 restores the data file for editing to generate a remodeling result data file.
