Zusammenfassung:	PURPOSE:To obtain a perfume composition containing a specific methylsulfinylalkyl isothiocyanate, exhibiting a characteristic natural extendible sharp taste when added to the perfume of a Cruciferae plant such as Japanese horseradish or Japanese radish, and useful for foods, cosmetics, etc. CONSTITUTION:This perfume composition contains one or more kinds of methylsulfinylalkyl isothiocyanate compounds such as methylsulfinylpropyl isothiocyanate of the formula ((n) is 3-8) preferably in an amount of 0.05-2wt.%.
