CONSTITUTION:In a simple dolly 10, which has a dolly body 11 equipped with a carried substance place 19 on which to place freight or a person and a handle 14 ranging from this and wheels 12 and 13 being provided through an axle 20 at the right and left under the carried substance place 19, the wheels 12 and 13 have supporting members 21 each equipped with three or more arms provided radially at equal angles and universal wheels 22 severally attached to the tips of the arms.
