Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To protect city regions from the pollution of dust produced by vehicles and improve a braking effect on a frozen road surface by attaching pins such that the pins do not make direct contact with the road surface in the normal traveling, but operate only in the braking. CONSTITUTION:A rubber 1 portion of a crown part of a tire is directed obliquely downward while the tire being in contact with the ground in the advancing direction and pins 21 are mounted on the rubber 1 portion to be directed similarly obliquely downward. Then, the pin 2 does not make direct contact with a road surface, but the rubber 1 comes in contact with the road surface. Thus, in the normal traveling, since the road surface comes in contact with the rubber 1 of the tire and the pin 2 does not make direct contact with the road surface, the road surface is not damaged. Since the road surface is frozen to produce slippage in braking, the rubber 1 is pulled in the opposite direction to the advancing direction and moved until it is supported with the adjacent rubber 1 and then th pin 2 catches the frozen road surface to produce a braking force. However the slippage is not produced on the unfrozen road surface, so that the pin 2 is neither pulled in the opposite direction nor made in contact with the road surface and the crown part produces the braking force. |
