Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To measure the constituent component ratio of a fluid such as sludge flowing in a transportation pipe with high accuracy regardless of mingled bubbles. CONSTITUTION:This constituent component ratio measuring device is constituted of the first neutron counter 2 and the first pressure gauge 3 provided at an optional measurement point A of a transportation pipe 1 in which a fluid containing bubbles flows, the second neutron counter 4 and the second pressure gauge 5 provided at a measurement point B separated from the measurement point A by a prescribed distance, a flow velocity meter 6 for measuring the flow velocity of the fluid, and an arithmetic processor 7. The arithmetic processor 7 is provided with the function for calculating the constituent composition ratio of the fluid based on the flow velocity of the fluid from the flow velocity meter 6, the neutron counting rate and pressure of the fluid measured by the first neutron counter 2 and the first pressure gauge 3 when it passes through the measurement point A, and the neutron counting rate and pressure of the fluid measured by the second neutron counter 4 and the second pressure gauge 5 when it reaches one measurement point B after passing through the measurement point A.
