Zusammenfassung:PURPOSE:To enable highly accurate measurement of a flow rate of highly viscous material such as sludge flowing through a conveyance tube regardless of the filling rate of the fluid material. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus is made up of a flow velocity measuring means 13 to measure a flow velocity of a highly viscous fluid material within a conveyance tube 12, a filling rate measuring means 16 to measure the filling rate of the highly viscous fluid material within the conveyance tube 12 and an arithmetic device 20 to compute a flow rate of the highly viscous fluid material within the conveyance tube 12 based on the flow velocity of the fluid material measured by the flow velocity measuring means 13 and the filling rate of the fluid material measured by the fitting rate measuring means 16.
