OPERATION CONTROL OF INERTIAL CONICAL CRUSHER

PURPOSE:To prevent the happening of trouble by detecting the break of a supply material or the clogging of a product passage with a product in the operation control of an inertial conical crusher. CONSTITUTION:In the operation control of an inertial conical crusher wherein a conical head is supported by the spherical support in a crusher shell and the mantle attached to the conical head tumbles on the inner surface of the cone cave attached to the crusher shell to crush a raw ore, an upper limit level sensor 29 and a lower limit level sensor 30 are arranged to the hopper 21 provided to the upper part of the crusher shell so as to eliminate the break of the supply of the material to be crushed to the crushing chamber in the crusher shell during the crushing operation and the operation of a raw material feeder is controlled by both level sensors 29, 30.
