Zusammenfassung: | PURPOSE:To prevent boiled fish paste from sticking to each other and easily take out respective paste sticks one by one, by forming a group of boiled fish paste holding crab-taste from a long bar material and laying down a thin plastic sheet and transferring every specified number of groups and containing the boiled fish paste in such a state that a plurality of groups of the paste are alternately stacked on the sheets, into a container. CONSTITUTION:When a long bar-form boiled fish paste 7 containing crab-taste is transferred to the arrow mark A direction, it is cut by a cutter blade 6 by a specified length to form a group 8 of boiled fish paste. And they are conveyed toward the arrow mark B and intermittently dropped on a traversing mesh conveyor belt 4 on which a plastic sheet is placed. The sheet is cut at every specified number of boiled fish paste groups and the paste at the end are pushed by turns to shift the position. And they are forced to slide in the state that respective pastes are mutually closely positioned through the sheet and contained in a boiled fish paste hopper. The boiled fish paste is contained with the sheet laid o a tray. After that, this process is repeated to laminate them. In this way, the mutual adhesion is prevented and the boiled fish paste can be easily taken out. |
