BOTH-SIDE HEAT COOKING UTENSIL

PURPOSE:To evenly burn a food material by enabling upper and lower grills to be ascended/descended upward/downward with a simple balance mechanism using a link mechanism in a cooking utensil which heats the food material from upper and lower sides by the upper and lower grills. CONSTITUTION:A control plate 7 is supported pivotally at the front terminal of an upper lever supported with bearings with a right side frame 1, and it is connected pivotally to the upper grill 9, and also, the tip of the control plate 7 is engaged with a pin 8 erected on the upper grill 9. Also, a hook lever 35 is supported with bearings at the rear side of the upper grill 9, and the engaging part at the tip of the lever is engaged with the rear side of the control plate 7, and the stopper pin 8 erected on the upper grill 9 is engaged with a long groove 41 formed on the hook lever 35. A knock-out lever 37 is connected pivotally to one terminal of a joint link 31 supported pivotally at the rear side of a handle 3, and the roller 34 at the tip of the lever 37 is abutted with the rear side of the hook lever 35. A lower lever for lower grill supported with bearings with the right side frame 1 is connected to the upper lever at the rear terminal.
