AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT

PURPOSE:To automatically correct an operating point against temperature change, especially temperature rise, and to guarantee a maximum dynamic range at all times. CONSTITUTION:A bias voltage generation circuit 10 supplies a prescribed input bias voltage through resistors 106 and 108 respectively to both input terminals 100a and 100b of an operational amplifier 100 and also supplies a prescribed output bias voltage through the resistors 106 and 102 to an output terminal 100c. An output bias correction circuit 30 pulls in a current Id corresponding to the rise of a temperature from the output terminal 100c of the operational amplifier 100 through a feedback resistor 12 and corrects the output bias voltage VBout.
